Coupon Bux Email Application Usage Policy

Members who sign up to any level (including Free levels) of Coupon Bux will, as part of the sign-up procedure, have to give an accurate email address for the purpose of a double Opt-In.

A double opt-in email list is where people can sign-up through the webpage form. What makes an email list "double opt-in" is that any person who subscribes must confirm their request twice, The first time being when the user submits their email address to the web based form, the second when they click on a confirmation link in an email sent to them.  This removes the possibility of someone signing up someone else so that they get “spam”.

Coupon Bux will email its members from time to time with updates and offers as part of the membership agreement.  We are in business, and part of a good internet business is emailing our list of members with things they may be interested in – as there is no obligation to continue to receive these emails, and members can opt out of receiving them.

The usage policy for the Coupon Bux Email application also covers the use of individual Affiliate Pages and Posts that offer the capability to load the page via e-mail to a blog or other email capable receiver, however in this instance it is the user who is selecting to have this information emailed to them, and there is no second layer of opt-in.
